I’ve been having the worst week. If I didn’t have the internet to distract me, things would be a lot worse. To cheer me up, I’m going to pass along these links!

Letters of Note has a letter that he wrote to rebuke a radical Zionist group that was terrorizing Arab residents of Israel.

Dear Sir:

When a real and final catastrophe should befall us in Palestine the first responsible for it would be the British and the second responsible for it the Terrorist organizations build up from our own ranks.

I am not willing to see anybody associated with those misled and criminal people.

Ab Aeterno

My critical mind grapes disappeared during this episode. I enjoyed it completely and totally. Great performance by Nestor Carbonell (who got to use his Spanish, along with Jorge Garcia). I anticipate ghoulish Christian book publishers to come out with “The Bible According to LOST” any day now.

Google TV

There was an article in the New York Times a couple days ago about a new Google/Intel/Sony venture to bring streaming video and internet access to televisions.

It’s interesting to think that we are still in the beginning years of the internet age, and as ubiquitous as it seems now, it will become more so in the future.

It also makes me think of the failed TV/dial-up service, WebTV:
